All assisted stretching sessions are tailored to your needs. We recommend arriving about 5 minutes early so your Stretch*r can get a clear picture of your wellness goals for the stretch session. Dynamic stretching will help improve balance, promote joint strength, alleviate muscle tightness and reduce stiffness. Research consistently shows that regular stretching leads to meaningful, lasting improvements in flexibility and range of motion over several weeks of regular sessions. Many clients also find that slowing down for a hands-on stretch leaves them deeply relaxed.
All Stretch*d services are one-on-one in a semi-private room.
We’re open 8 AM – 8 PM Monday-Tuesday, 8 AM – 9 PM Wednesday-Thursday, 8 AM – 7 PM on Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM on Saturday, and 8 AM – 7 PM on Sunday.
We recommend booking an appointment at our assisted stretching Flatiron, NYC studio to ensure we have time for all your stretching needs. That said, we do accept walk-ins when available.
Absolutely! We know that no two people are the same, so all Stretch*d services, including assisted stretching, are personalized to your specific needs, goals, flexibility level, and lifestyle. We assess the entire body and posture to identify areas for improving strength, balance, and comfort, ensuring long-term progress.
We know how New York can be. Between delayed subways, flaky Ubers, and taxi traffic, we recommend leaving early to ensure you have enough travel time. Unfortunately, if you are late, we cannot make up for lost time. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so we can stretch you for as long as possible. Before and after your session, you can also make use of our Flex area. After 5 minutes, your time slot will be made available for booking by other clients.
Sessions rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will be issued a full refund. Sessions rescheduled within 24 hours will be forfeited. Missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or by email.
