Dr. Pamela Mehta is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and the Chief Medical Officer of Stretch*d. She completed the BA/MD program at the University of Southern California, earned her medical degree at USC’s Keck School of Medicine, and finished her orthopedic surgery residency at Columbia University in New York City.

In 2016 she founded Resilience Orthopedics in Northern California, which began as a one-room practice and now serves patients across the Bay Area. Her clinical work centers on minimally invasive surgery, orthobiologics, and sports medicine, with a focus on helping people move without pain and stay active for the long term. She has been named to Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors list for more than five consecutive years.

Beyond her practice, Dr. Mehta co-founded the medical education startup Learn at Pinnacle, serves as Chief Medical Officer for The Good Feet Store, and hosts The Resilience Factor Podcast, where she covers mobility, recovery, and longevity with expert guests.
