    Albert is a Licensed Massage Therapist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with a CrossFit Level-1 certification. A graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, he is dedicated to wellness and pain relief through personalized therapeutic touch. He has always had a passion for helping people to define and realize their fitness goals. Albert brings his boundless energy to all his clients.

  • Angela V.

    Background: Angela is a Licensed Esthetician. She is obsessed with beauty and wellness and loves getting to combine the two to make a client’s day at Stretch*d.

  • Angelo

    Angelo is a stretch*r dedicated to helping others move and feel their best. He earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, San Marcos, where he developed a deep understanding of the body and its movement. As a professional dancer, stretching has always been an essential part of his lifestyle. He is passionate about sharing that practice with others—empowering them to improve flexibility, enhance wellness, and elevate their overall quality of life. 

    Fave Way to Get Loose: Spending time with friends, watching movies, and dancing!

  • Avery G.

    Background: Avery is an actor, dancer, and certified barre instructor, with an all around passion for fitness/wellness. Through multiple experiences with injury and physical therapy, she grew a love for moving with proper body mechanics and focusing on the importance of self-care in a wellness routine.

    Fave Way to Get Loose: Long walks in the park, tap dancing, and Facetiming with her niece and nephews! 

  • Brittany

    Brittany received her Bachelor’s of Performing Arts in Dance Performance through Oklahoma City University. She is also a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach through NASM. She loves helping individuals with their flexibility goals and giving them knowledge about stretching.

    Background: Bruce is originally from Boston and his dance career has spanned many major US cities. Some highlights from Bruce’s past include: Cirque du Soleil, The Academy Awards, So You Think You Can Dance.

    Carlos has his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science  

    and is a certified trainer through ISMA/AAAI. He loves being active by weight training and playing basketball. He loves the process of recovery and bettering oneself and is on track to go into physical therapy

    Fave Way to Get Loose: Going on runs and taking my dogs on long hikes.

    Carson is a Stretch Therapist with a background in yoga and mindful movement. She has always been passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel their strongest, most aligned selves from the inside out. 

    Fave Way to Get Loose: Yoga or Pilates, doing breathwork, spending time at the beach, or soaking up time with friends — She is also a big animal lover and happiest when moving, breathing, and connecting with nature, community, and loved ones.

  • Chad

    Chad enjoys spending time outside by the ocean or in the mountains. His biggest passion is skiing but most of the year running or cycling. He’s always felt led to a career in natural healing in the health field. He believes how we can help people is our greatest asset of all. His goal is to become a physical therapist!  

    Fave Way to Get Loose: Baking, watching sports, mostly football and hockey, and playing with his ragdoll cat!

    Background: Corey was born in South Carolina and moved to New York to become a professional dancer. He teaches dance in upper Westchester New York and specializes in Ballet.  He loves to get down and get loose!

    Daisha is a Sculpt*r focused on lifting, sculpting, and restoring the natural beauty of the face through expert facial massage. Who believes in the power of touch to support lymphatic drainage, enhance youthful radiance, and promote deep overall well-being. Her approach blends relaxation with intentional technique to help clients feel renewed, balanced, and confident in their skin.

  • Danielle

    Danielle is a stretch*r and 500-hour RYT yoga, barre, and group fitness instructor with a genuine passion for health and wellness. With over 10 years of experience teaching movement and 2+ years in bodywork, she’s known for her ability to create personalized, one-on-one sessions that meet people where they are. She’s helped clients of all ages, backgrounds and lifestyles feel better in their bodies and move with more ease.  Danielle knows that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, but a holistic, whole-person journey. She loves sharing her knowledge, supporting others, and reminding people that even one stretch, workout, or deep breath can completely shift your day.

    With a background in marching band, and lifelong involvement in sports, they bring a strong understanding of movement to every session. They are passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and build a deeper connection with their bodies.

    Background: Donna began her career as an accountant, where she turned to yoga for work-life balance. She discovered a passion for helping people feel great through breath, movement and body work, and transitioned to health and wellness full-time. An E-RYT® certified yoga teacher, she is now a certified practitioner of the Stretch*d Method!

    Evelyn moved to NY from Puerto Rico to study dance. Her love to NY and its vibrant diverse environment, made this city her home. Here is where she embraced wellness, movement, meditation and yoga. Grateful for the dance experiences and choreographies, after receiving a BA-NYU in Dance Education and Pre-Dance Therapy, and an MFA-University of Arizona, Evelyn sought to keep helping people with movement for body-mind awareness.

    Fave Way to Get Loose: Going to the theater, especially to see my daughter dance, caring for my cat, Yue, laughing about my 2 parakeets antics and receiving a great Strech*d session!

    Julissa is a New York State licensed massage therapist, practicing since 2016. Prior to earning her license, she spent over a decade working in the field of physical therapy as a trainer. She also holds a degree in exercise physiology. Driven by a deep passion for understanding the human body, Julissa is committed to promoting wellness and lifelong health. 

    Fave Way to Get Loose: I love having a moment to journal and read. Being outdoors and spending time with my family is a favorite as well.

    Background: Kassandra is a NASM certified fitness and dance instructor. She has a great passion for movement, holding a BFA in Dance, and having performed with dance companies nationally and internationally.

    Background: Kate is a professional actor with credits ranging from theme parks to cruise lines to theaters across the country. With a BFA in Acting and professional dance and vocal study in NYC, Kate understands first hand the importance of recovery for both body and mind.

    Kylie is a professional dancer and fitness enthusiast with a strong passion for movement and wellness. Having gone through physical therapy and recovery from major injuries, she developed a deep commitment to proper body mechanics and restorative practices. She brings this perspective into her work, encouraging strength, mobility, and self-care as essential parts of a balanced wellness routine.

    Liz is originally from Brooklyn, NY! She graduated from George Mason University in 2022 with a BFA in Dance— where her passion for body awareness, somatics, and injury prevention and rehabilitation began. Her hope in working with clients at Stretch*d is to share my love for movement and help further cultivate an awareness around flexibility, mobility, and alignment. She believes that being in tune with your body improves overall health and makes for more well-rounded self care!  

    Fave Way to Get Loose: She’s a professional dancer and choreographer who is passionate about education and movement practices. Her hope is to continue my education around the body and mind to go into somatic healing and/or Movement and Dance Therapy!

    Luke is here to help clients bring balance back to their bodies and move with freedom and confidence. He’s originally from upstate New York but has fully immersed himself in the San Diego lifestyle and is loving every minute. With a mix of skill, energy, and good vibes, Megan leaves clients lighter, more confident, and just a little more obsessed with their own reflection.

    Michelle is passionate face sculptor dedicated to lifting, sculpting, and restoring the skin’s natural vitality through refined massage and lymphatic techniques.
