Every first visit is a full 55 minutes: a consultation with your Stretch*r or Sculpt*r, a quick studio walkthrough, and 45 minutes of one-on-one work tailored to your body. Intro offers are for new clients and local residents, limited to one per person.

Booking, Cancellation, and Membership Policies
- Cancellations and reschedules: reschedules are allowed more than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll refund your payment in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, and missed sessions, are not refunded.
- Late arrivals: your session may be shortened to keep the schedule on track.
- Memberships: month-to-month with no long-term contract. Pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Rollover: unused membership minutes carry over for up to three months.
- Intro offers: new clients only, one per person, for local residents.
