Sure, you can stretch at home—but you can’t stretch yourself like this.

It’s a customized, one-on-one stretching experience designed to improve posture, ease muscle soreness, and increase overall range of motion. Whether you’re recovering from a workout, battling stiffness from sitting too long, or seeking general wellness, our services are here to support your performance and recovery goals.

Feel even better with a range of additional wellness treatments. Stretchssage is a dynamic and luxurious combination of assisted stretching and massage therapy, providing deep relaxation and relief. For a true TLC moment, experience the rejuvenating benefits of a Facessage, a facial lymphatic drainage massage designed to release tension, reduce puffiness, sculpt and contour, and more. Our bodywork professionals use proven techniques that support joint alignment, help prevent injury, and increase physical performance. During your assisted stretching session, all you have to do is sit back and relax. Your Stretchr will work one-on-one with you to determine the best techniques for your goals and concerns, creating a tailored experience with every movement.

With assisted stretch therapy sessions starting at just 25 minutes, we conveniently fit into your busy routine, so you can improve your muscle recovery and feel the Stretch*d difference as soon as possible.

One-on-one dynamic stretching improves flexibility, builds range of motion, releases tension, unlocks tight muscles, and alleviates stress. Plus, it’s seriously relaxing. Unlike traditional stretching exercises, which rely solely on your own movement, our approach incorporates passive stretching, so you can relax while your stretch therapist targets specific muscles. Our assisted stretching techniques help to lengthen muscle fibers, improve circulation, and promote muscle recovery. You’ll leave each session feeling fresh, loose, and rejuvenated.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your time slot will be made available for booking by other clients. Unfortunately, if you are late, we cannot make up for lost time. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so we can stretch you for as long as possible. Before and after your stretching session, you can also make use of our Flex area.

Sessions rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will be credited to your account for future use (we do not offer refunds). Sessions rescheduled within 24 hours will be forfeited. Missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or by email.

Not at all. Our services are designed to help everyone—from fitness enthusiasts to those with limited mobility. Whether you’re recovering from a workout, sitting at a desk all day, or just want to feel looser, Stretch*d can help support your lifestyle.

We offer stretch therapy sessions starting at 25 minutes. Depending on your goals—whether it’s pain relief, muscle recovery, or improved performance—your Stretch*r can recommend the best session length to provide complete support. If you’re crunched for time and/or looking for a quick boost that targets specific muscles or a key area with soothing relief, then a 25-minute session is perfect. For a full-body stretch that promotes total recovery and relaxation, we recommend a 50-minute deeper stretch. For the ultimate stretching experience, maximize mobility and long-lasting relief with a 75-minute session.

Wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in, such as T-shirts, gym wear, or sweats. Socks are required for all sessions. If you don’t bring appropriate clothing, we have all items available to rent (T-shirt, sweats, and socks for $3; socks for $2).

We have changing areas on site and recommend arriving a few minutes early if you need to change your clothes. We don’t have showers, but rest assured you won’t need them—we do the stretching for you, so you won’t work up a sweat.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early so you have time to check in, change (if needed), and communicate any goals or concerns to your Stretchr. All sessions start and end on time, so if you arrive late, you won’t be able to make use of your full stretching time. If it’s your first Stretchd session, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, get an intro to our services, and speak with your Stretch*r about specific goals.
