    Licensed esthetician since 2020, I approach skincare with a gentle touch. My go to rule is to treat the face like a flower and the neck as its stem. I specialize in natural techniques that honor the skin’s rhythm and radiance.

She is also a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach through NASM. She loves helping individuals with their flexibility goals and giving them knowledge about stretching.

    Danielle is a stretch*r and 500-hour RYT yoga, barre, and group fitness instructor with a genuine passion for health and wellness. With over 10 years of experience teaching movement and 2+ years in bodywork, she’s known for her ability to create personalized, one-on-one sessions that meet people where they are. She’s helped clients of all ages, backgrounds and lifestyles feel better in their bodies and move with more ease.  Danielle knows that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, but a holistic, whole-person journey. She loves sharing her knowledge, supporting others, and reminding people that even one stretch, workout, or deep breath can completely shift your day.

    Angelo is a stretch*r dedicated to helping others move and feel their best. He earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, San Marcos, where he developed a deep understanding of the body and its movement. As a professional dancer, stretching has always been an essential part of his lifestyle. He is passionate about sharing that practice with others—empowering them to improve flexibility, enhance wellness, and elevate their overall quality of life.

    Chad enjoys spending time outside by the ocean or in the mountains. His biggest passion is skiing but most of the year running or cycling. He’s always felt led to a career in natural healing in the health field. He believes how we can help people is our greatest asset of all. His goal is to become a physical therapist!  

    Fave Way to Get Loose: Baking, watching sports, mostly football and hockey, and playing with his ragdoll cat!

    Sidney is an esthetician from OC & Hawaii. She believes that facial massage is more than a treatment to me it’s a form of healing. Through intentional touch, lifting techniques, and lymphatic drainage, she helps restore balance, release tension, and bring the skin back to its natural glow. She aligns that true beauty is created through the flow from the body, mind, and spirit in harmony.

    Liz is originally from Brooklyn, NY! She graduated from George Mason University in 2022 with a BFA in Dance— where her passion for body awareness, somatics, and injury prevention and rehabilitation began. Her hope in working with clients at Stretch*d is to share my love for movement and help further cultivate an awareness around flexibility, mobility, and alignment. She believes that being in tune with your body improves overall health and makes for more well-rounded self care!  

    Fave Way to Get Loose: She’s a professional dancer and choreographer who is passionate about education and movement practices. Her hope is to continue my education around the body and mind to go into somatic healing and/or Movement and Dance Therapy!
