Please wear a loose-fitting top (no tight sports bras) so we can massage deep into the upper back and shoulder area. We have changing areas if needed. It’s best if you arrive bare-faced, but if you forget, we have makeup wipes. We start all sessions on the dot, so factor in some prep time to make the most of your appointment. After you’re seated comfortably, we’ll get started using powerful facial techniques designed to sculpt, de-stress, and relax. It’s perfectly fine—and extra relaxing—to pair Face* before or after a Stretch*d session. Each session is tailored to support lymph flow and boost beauty and overall wellness.

Each session supports the lymphatic system, improves lymph flow, and targets key areas of facial tissue for deep, gentle relief. As the name suggests, Face*ssage is a face massage. As opposed to a facial, Facessage doesn’t have anything to do with cleaning, extractions, or exfoliation. It’s a completely non-invasive massage that also targets the neck, shoulders, and upper back. We use massage techniques to soothe your acupressure points, reducing facial and/or jaw tension. We know how New York can be. Between delayed subways, flaky Ubers, and taxi traffic, we recommend leaving early to ensure you have enough travel time. Unfortunately, if you are late, we cannot make up for lost time. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so we can stretch you for as long as possible. Before and after your session, you can also make use of our Flex area. After 15 minutes, your time slot will be made available for booking by other clients. Sessions rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance will be credited to your account for future use (we do not offer refunds). Sessions rescheduled within 12 hours will be forfeited. Missed sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or by email.
