Arrive a few minutes early to check in and let us know if you have any particular goals, needs, or concerns for your one-on-one session. Please wear a loose-fitting top (avoid tight clothing that restricts shoulder access) so we can work into the upper back and neck area. Changing areas are available if you need them. It’s best to arrive bare-faced, but if you forget, we provide makeup wipes. Sessions begin promptly, so allow yourself extra time to settle in. Once you’re comfortably seated, your Stretch*r will begin using targeted techniques designed to sculpt, de-stress, and deeply relax. For a full-body reset, many clients pair Face*ssage with an assisted stretching session.

Life happens, and we encourage arriving early so you get the full benefit of your scheduled session. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to keep our schedule on track. Most locations allow reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance; sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely are typically forfeited.
