All you have to do is relax while our Stretch*rs guide your body through targeted, restorative movements.

Our assisted stretching sessions are designed to restore both physical and emotional well-being. Each experience is tailored to your age, lifestyle, and goals. Before every session, your Stretch*r checks in with you to learn what you need, then targets specific areas to loosen tight muscles you didn’t even realize were restricted.

From the moment you arrive, your Stretch*r will create a personalized experience. Each session starts with a brief check-in about your goals, problem areas, and any discomfort you’d like to address. From there, you’ll move into a one-on-one stretch designed to be restorative and relaxing from head to toe. Your Stretch*r will check in regularly to make sure you’re comfortable and guide your body safely into deeper ranges of motion. After your session, many clients take advantage of our recovery tools like foam rollers or stall bars to extend the benefits.

Assisted stretching goes beyond what you can do alone. It helps increase flexibility, reduce stiffness, improve circulation, and restore balance to overworked muscles. Many clients notice better posture, less tension, and faster recovery after just one session. For those looking for an even more luxurious experience, Stretch*ssage — a combination of stretching and massage — offers deeper relaxation and enhanced results.

Comfortable, flexible clothing is best — think T-shirts, athleisure, or sweatpants. Outfits like dresses, suits, or jeans restrict movement and aren’t recommended. If you’re coming straight from work or another activity, bring a change of clothes. Socks are required for all sessions.

Most studios provide convenient changing areas where you can change before or after your session. While showers aren’t necessary (you won’t be breaking a sweat since your Stretch*r is doing the work), amenities vary by location, and staff can direct you to what’s available.

If you’re a returning client, arriving about 5 minutes early gives you time to check in and get settled. First-time clients should plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete paperwork, familiarize yourself with the space, and discuss your goals with your Stretch*r. This ensures you get the full benefit of your scheduled time.

We recommend arriving a little early to ensure you get your full session. If you’re running late, your appointment may be shortened to keep our schedule on track. Most studios allow reschedules if made more than 24 hours in advance, while last-minute cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session. Check the cancellation and reschedule policy when you book so you know exactly what to expect.
