Danielle is a stretch*r and 500-hour RYT yoga, barre, and group fitness instructor with a genuine passion for health and wellness. With over 10 years of experience teaching movement and 2+ years in bodywork, she’s known for her ability to create personalized, one-on-one sessions that meet people where they are. She’s helped clients of all ages, backgrounds and lifestyles feel better in their bodies and move with more ease.  Danielle knows that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, but a holistic, whole-person journey. She loves sharing her knowledge, supporting others, and reminding people that even one stretch, workout, or deep breath can completely shift your day.
