Jeff Brannigan

Co-Founder · Director of Training

Jeff started developing the Stretch*d Method in 2014 as a grad student in D.C., refining it over a decade of work with everyone from desk-bound 9-to-5’ers to Olympic and professional athletes. He co-founded the first Stretch*d studio in NYC in 2018 — and last year, he made the move west to Solana Beach to open Encinitas himself. He still personally certifies every Stretch*r on our floor. Same method, same standard, now in your neighborhood.

How does the buy-3-get-1-free work? +
Simple: pay the regular price for our 3-pack, receive 4 sessions in your account. The bonus session is our anniversary gift — no code, no fine print. It’s automatically added when you purchase.
Can I use my sessions for both Stretch and Face*ssage? +
Yes. Each pack session is a credit you can use for an assisted Stretch or a Face*ssage — and you can mix and match across all four sessions however you want. Length is fixed per pack (all four are 25-min, or all four are 50-min), but the service is your call at each booking.
How long do I have to use my sessions? +
All sessions are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Can I use my pack at other Stretch*d locations? +
Packs purchased through this page are for our Encinitas studio. Our NYC locations have their own pack program.
Can I gift sessions to a friend or partner? +
Yes. Sessions are transferable — when you book, you can specify the guest’s name. One session per person per visit.
Is this HSA/FSA eligible? +
Yes, subject to your plan provider’s approval. We’ll send an itemized receipt after purchase that you can submit for reimbursement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session? +
Session bookings follow our standard cancellation policy — up to 12 hours before your appointment with no penalty. The pack itself is non-refundable once purchased.
Do I need a membership to use a pack? +
No. Packs are standalone — just buy and book. If you love it, we also offer monthly memberships with additional perks.
When does this sale end? +
The 8-year anniversary sale runs through May 31, 2026. After that, packs return to regular pricing.
