How does the summer BOGO work?
+Start a new Flex or Transform family membership at our Encinitas studio with two people from the same household on it. The second spot is free until your September invoice, and from there the membership bills as one family plan for both of you. New memberships only, and the offer runs through Saturday, August 15.
Does it matter when I join?
+Yes. Join in July and your +1 gets July and August free. Join between August 1 and August 15 and they get one month free, so even a last-day join gets four weeks. Either way their share starts with your September invoice.
I came in earlier this year but never joined. Does this apply to me?
+Yes, this offer is for you. It applies to anyone starting a new family membership, so your earlier visit changes nothing. Book a regular session, come in, and we will set it up while you are there.
Who can be my +1?
+Anyone in your household, such as your partner, a parent, or an adult child living with you. They are named on the family membership with you, so we ask for their first name when you book.
Does my +1 have to come to the same session?
+No. Book your session to get started, and your +1 can come in with you or separately whenever works for them.
What is the commitment?
+The family membership has a three month minimum commitment. Until your September invoice you pay for one spot ($188/month on Flex, $323 on Transform), and from there the plan bills for both of you ($376 or $646).
What does it cost after August?
+Until your September invoice you pay $188/month on Flex or $323 on Transform, which covers your spot while your +1’s is free. From there the plan bills $376 or $646/month for both of you, which is about 10% less per person than two individual memberships.
What is the difference between Flex and Transform?
+Flex family is $376/month for two with 200 shared minutes of one-on-one time each month. Transform family is $646/month for two with 400 shared minutes. Both include unlimited recovery equipment, 20% off retail, and credits that roll for up to 3 months.
Do I pay when I reserve online?
+No card is needed to reserve. You set up your family membership in studio when you come in, and the session you booked counts toward the plan’s monthly minutes rather than costing anything extra. If you decide a membership is not for you, it is simply a regular session at the standard rate, or you can put it toward a pack.
Can we join without booking a session?
+Yes. Text or call the studio at (760) 730-6839 and we will set up your family membership over the phone. You can book your first sessions whenever you are ready.
We are in and out of town this summer. Is this a bad time to start?
+Summer is the reason we run this offer. You and your +1 book on your own schedules and never need to come in together, and your minutes are shared across the family plan, so they still get used when one of you is away.
